VISION Award 2016

In this system, every person who is entering the store can be seen by the CCTV cameras and an ID will be considered for that specific person by program (image processing) in which The ID is fixed for that individual person at all time spent in store. If a person uses a wheeled basket to buy the products, an ID tag will also be considered to basket which is highlighting the link between the basket and the person. After entering and determining the ID for each person the movement and product selection of them will be processed by the camera for each row. So if each individual takes a product, a picture will received by the camera and processing will be done and it will be compared with people entering the store to re-determine a person's identity and ID tags, then the product ID will be added to the purchase of person (and in case of restore, it will also remove from the purchase).
In this system, if a person picks up a product such as fruit juices and eats, then throw the can to the trash, the product will added to the purchase of person. A facial recognition system is a computer application capable of identifying or verifying a person from a digital image or a video frame from a video source. One of the ways to do this is by comparing selected facial features from the image and a facial database.

It is typically used in security systems and can be compared to other biometrics such as fingerprint or eye iris recognition systems.[1] Recently, it has also become popular as a commercial identification and marketing tool.[2]
